Description of included services
DJ Entertainment package
By taking requests and expertly reading the room (like a pro) …we will keep the dance-floor busy with a wide mix of the most popular ‘radio friendly’ dance & party music from all time. Package includes a full range sound system and dance-floor lighting (Suitable for up to 150 people).
Complimentary cool-down music (+)
As we pack everything up (approx. 1 hr.), you and your guests will enjoy background “feel good, sociable, cool-down” music… while drinks are finished, cabs are called, and other plans are made. It’s a great way to cool things down… naturally!
Extra special extras (optional add ons)
Music Mania Game
Music Mania is a mix of Name-that-tune, trivia, interactive fun, and a lot of laughs! It is fun, sociable, clean humored, and inclusive entertainment. You do not have to be an expert on music to win. Perfect for when you want to have something more than a dinner and dance.
How it works: Tables/teams play for points & prizes. A couple of short breaks are built in so people can grab ‘fresh air’ or socialize. It lasts approx 60 minutes (depending on how much fun we’re having, and how many teams are playing). I can customize Music Mania to suit any theme or event you have in mind! Want to shine the spotlight on someone special? I have some fun ideas.
Includes:
- Klay Tate as your host.
- Random silly giveaways.
- Music, games, props, and prizes.
The included video entertainment package (8’x6′ Big Screen or twin 50″ flat screens) really adds the WOW factor! (Video trivia, funny vids, Karaoke, etc.).
Follow it up with some dancing (oh yeah, they’ll be ready to dance), and you will have yourself a fun filled interactive evening that everyone will rave about!

MC services
Most of what your guests will remember from your corporate event happens before the dancing begins. So your MC must make a good impression, and set the pace for the entire event! The perfect MC is organized, personable, and a comfortable public speaker. If you have someone that fits that description, perfect! If not, I can take care of everything for you. I have MC’d hundreds of events and will keep everything flowing smoothly, and keep you and your guests informed, entertained, and smiling from cocktails through presentations.
Surround Sound
Additional speakers, placed strategically, will result in better sound overall coverage at a much lower volume. This means everyone will hear announcements and presentations at a much more comfortable level. This is the solution for larger, longer, divided venues, or any event of 150+ people.
Big Screen Entertainment Package
Whether you want photos stirring conversation throughout cocktails and dinner, or a special slideshow/video presentation with music after dinner… with this 6’ x 8’ (108″) rear projection screen, no cables or projector are visible or in anyone’s path. This allows us to continue to use the screen throughout the night to entertain everyone with fun video clips, photos, interactive dance videos (Just Dance), Karaoke and more!
Food for thought: Not everyone is a dancer, and not everyone is comfortable making conversation with people they may not know. When there are interesting and entertaining things on the big screen it can provide a welcome distraction for those guests. Then you truly have something for everyone! We even have some hilarious clean humour videos to play while everyone is having late night lunch.
*Backup projector and computer are included for guaranteed performance.

Superfun photo booth
Add some fancy schmancy photo-tainment to your event with a SUPERFUN Photo Booth! It’s fun, interactive, and provides some excellent keepsakes.
Karaoke party package
Our Karaoke party package is just the thing to help you and your guests shine like the stars you are!
We display the song lyrics using a 50″ flat screen on a 6′ stand, for the singers and a small audience to see (up to 50 ppl). Larger audience? we can add a second 50″ flat screen (up to 100 ppl), or set up an 8’x6′ big screen (100-150 ppl).
This package requires wifi if you want you and your guests to be able to request anything and everything, or if your venue does not have wifi, we can simply download your favorite songs in advance.
Fun ideas:
1) “Sing for your supper”. Each table comes up as a group and has to sing a minute of a fun crowd pleaser song before they eat.
2) And/or how about dedicating one hour later in the night for a “Karaoke jam”?
3) And/or make it an all night singalong. We play popular dance music in between singers to keep the party going strong.
Singers use their smartphones to request songs. No big giant sticky songbooks for us!
